FRONT ROW CONCERT TICKETS

Billboad has an interview with Miley Cyrus.  Miley says she has written most of the songs on her new ablbum coming out in July and also told the magazine that she will be touring in 2008 hitting a lot of the areas she missed on her first concert tour.
